Logan took 3 steps today!

Logan took 3 steps by himself today. He is doing better about getting his balance and taking a few steps. He still prefers to crawl ( it is quicker).

It is official!

We now have New Jersey license tags.

This week we just hung out at home.

Mimi made new curtains for my room. They are great.

I love Oreos!

Sady is queen of the house!

Mojo and I love to sit in the rocking chair.

New York City

We took our 1st trip into New York City. We chose mass transit for the trip because Madison wanted to ride the train. We arrived in New York at Penn Station. We then walked to Herald Square to catch the subway. The Macy's store really is as big as it looks (Kim will save the shopping for another trip). We hopped the N train headed to Central Park (or so we thought). We actually got on the Q train headed the opposite way towards Coney Island, but realized our mistake fairly quickly. We got off and got on the correct train headed in the right direction.

We arrived at 5th and 59th Street and headed towards Central Park. We started in Central Park with a picnic lunch and then went to the Central Park Zoo. Madison's favorite part was the spiderweb rope that children could climb on.

We then proceeded down 5th Avenue. We saw all of the stores you always hear about (Tiffany's, Gucci, Louis Viton, etc). We stopped at Rockerfeller Center and the Today Show Plaza. We are going back in the winter for ice-skating at Rockerfeller Plaza We visited Time Square. Logan absolutely loved all of the lights (even in the middle of the afternoon they were bright).

So our trip would not be complete (per Madison) without a visit to the American Girl Store (all 4 floors of it).

After a very long day, we headed home (via the train). We have lots more to see, so we will be going back.

I am trying to walk.

Logan is getting braver and starting let go of the furniture to get somewhere. He falls fairly quickly, but gets right back up. He is really enjoying pushing anything that moves around as he walks.

I love Cake!

Today Logan turned One!

Logan's Birthday Party #2

Party #2 was with Memaw, PapPaw, Wesley, Samantha, Cody, Aunt Nancy and Aunt Judy while we were in CT. Logan really enjoys cake. He loves the basketball toy and the little people.

Logan's Birthday - Party #1

Since we would not see everyone on Logan's birthday, we celebrated for 3 weeks in a row. Logan loved the cake that Aunt Lynn made while we were at the beach. Mimi had to wash it all off of me. Logan loved the wagon that he got and he rides in it everyday now.

Madison loves the cake!

Everybody gets to dance

Everybody gets to dance at the reception. It is late, so the kids are going home.

Still going!

It is late, but Madison is going strong.

Logan is going to be a drummer.

Give Logan a spoon to bang and he is happy.

We like each other most of the time.

I am Happy in my Stroller!

My PapPaw strolled me where ever I wanted to go.

Do you think that I am spoiled?

Who are these two handsome men that say "Yes" to anything Madison ask? Uncle Wesley and Uncle Cody!

The Big Day!

Our week in CT is about over and the wedding is today! Madison was the perfect flower girl!

Dinner on the Water

We had rehersal dinner at Fred's Shanty at the marina. They served Madison's favorite - Hot Dogs! We never thought we would be wearing jackets during July!

Wedding Rehersal!

Madison did a great job at the wedding rehersal.

We might finally make it to Disney before Madison turns 20!

We might finally make it to Disney in the next couple of years. Madison said Hi to the frog and wanted to have her picture made with him. Even Smiled!

Logan's favorite part!

Logan loved the bird house where you got to feed the variety of birds. Madison did not like it at all!! The birds also like Kim's purse as they tried to get inside of it.

So How tall am I?

Look how tall I am!

Visit to the Mystic, CT Aquarium

We went to the Mystic Acquarium where we got to see the whales, sealions, seals, penquins, sting rays and lots of other fun creatures!

On the Road Again!

After 1400 miles to the beach and back, we headed up to Connecticut for Ryan's Wedding. Mom and Dad are very thankful for headphones and the V-smile!

Madison loves the water

I am a natural fish in the water. I played and played all week with Matthew in the waves and water.

After 16 hours, we finally arrived!

Logan loved the beach and being outside.

We love the bridges and tunnels

Madison loved the Cheasapeake Bay bridge and tunnel. The question of the week, "how do boats go over the tunnel?"

Holden Beach here we come.

After being in NJ for 2 weeks, we headed to the beach with Mom, Dad, Nana, David, Lynn, Ally, Andy, Matthew, and Cole. We headed to Holden Beach, NC via the New Jersey turnpike, Maryland, Delaware, Virgina, and finally North Carolina.

Awesome Playroom!

Now that we have arrived, we must unpack the toys! Madison and Logan love their very large playroom. It even has room for the house!

We have arrived in NJ!

We have arrived in Morristown, New Jersey! Here is our home for the next 2 years.
